Shipping and delivery.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery

We deliver to serviceable pin codes across India. Availability will be confirmed before your order is accepted. Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days from order confirmation, including processing time, depending on your city and the courier.

Shipping charges

Shipping is complimentary on all prepaid orders.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery adds ₹99 to your order and is available on serviceable pin codes. We may contact you to confirm high value cash on delivery orders before dispatch. Repeatedly refused or undelivered cash on delivery orders may make the option unavailable for future purchases.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking details.

Delayed, lost or not received

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or the courier shows it as delivered and you have not received it, write to support@houseofmajara.com or WhatsApp +91 95595 56676 with your order number. We will raise it with the courier and either resend the order or refund the amount paid.

Address correction

To correct your delivery address, contact us before dispatch. We cannot change the address once the order has left us.

Unserviceable locations

If we discover that your location cannot be served after payment, we will contact you. If delivery cannot be arranged, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.

Launch and festive periods

During launch periods and festive seasons, delivery may take longer. We will let you know if your order is affected.
