Cancelling

You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, ordinary cancellation is unavailable. This does not affect your rights relating to defective, incorrect, undelivered, or otherwise eligible orders.

How to cancel

Write to us on WhatsApp at +91 95595 56676 or at support@houseofmajara.com, with your order number.

Resolution

For an accepted cancellation of a prepaid order before dispatch, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method. Unpaid cash-on-delivery orders will be cancelled without a refund transaction. See Refund method and timing on our Refunds and claims page.

If we cancel

We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as quantity limits, pricing errors or fraud checks. If we cancel your order, including because we cannot fulfil it or deliver to your location, we will notify you and refund the full amount paid. A gift code will not be substituted unless you expressly choose it.
