Refunds And Claims.
Refunds and claims.
Our approach
We do not accept change-of-mind returns of opened fragrances. This restriction does not apply to products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from their description, or otherwise limit your rights under applicable consumer law. For an eligible claim, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate under applicable law. A gift code is available only if you choose it instead of a monetary refund.
What we cover
Orders that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, including leakage, breakage or a wrong item.
How to raise a claim
Write to us on WhatsApp at +91 95595 56676 or at support@houseofmajara.com. Please report visible damage, leakage, or an incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery where possible so that we can investigate promptly. Reporting later does not automatically invalidate a claim, particularly where a defect could not reasonably have been discovered earlier.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and available photographs of the product and packaging. An unboxing video is helpful if available, but is not mandatory. We may request further reasonable information to assess your claim.
Please retain the product and packaging while we assess your claim. If collection or return is required for a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will explain the arrangements and cover the necessary return shipping costs.
Resolution
Once your claim is confirmed, we will send a replacement or refund the amount paid, as appropriate. A gift code is offered only if you choose it instead of a refund.
Refund method and timing
Prepaid refunds will be sent to the original payment method where supported. For cash-on-delivery purchases, we will arrange a bank transfer or another agreed monetary refund method. Your payment provider may require additional time to credit the refund. We will notify you when the refund has been initiated.
After delivery
We are not responsible for damage caused by neglect, improper use or mishandling after delivery.
